Martin is an experienced construction professional with a solid background in the industry. Graduating from the College of Building and Printing with an HND in Construction Management in the early 90s, he embarked on his career journey with fervor. Joining the family construction company in 1992 as a Site Manager, Martin quickly ascended the ranks, eventually attaining the position of Contracts Manager before earning promotion to Director in the late 90s.
Throughout his tenure, Martin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and project management skills, overseeing the successful delivery of diverse projects across the UK. His portfolio includes commercial, industrial, cladding, and fit-out projects, with cumulative values exceeding £100 million.
In 2005, Martin took a significant step by acquiring full ownership of the family business, thereafter, steering its growth trajectory to establish multiple offices nationwide. Under his stewardship, the company has flourished, achieving an impressive turnover of approximately £30 million in 2024.
Martin’s influence extends beyond his primary business, as evidenced by his involvement in multiple directorial roles within companies operating in the construction and property sectors. His strategic acumen and unwavering dedication have positioned him as a respected figure within the industry, driving growth and success at both organizational and sectoral levels.
Stuart is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, boasting three decades of extensive experience within the Construction Industry. Graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Quantity Surveying in 1996, Stuart has amassed a wealth of expertise across various project types, including new builds, refurbishments, maintenance, frameworks, insurance reinstatements, and facades projects.
His professional journey has seen him excel in roles with Principal Contractors, where he has consistently delivered excellence in both the Public and Private sectors throughout the United Kingdom. Stuart has routinely handled projects necessitating the highest levels of security clearance, demonstrating his capability to operate within complex regulatory environments.
Since 2003, he has held senior commercial managerial positions within his respective organizations, culminating in his appointment to a commercial directorship in 2016.
